Enjoy a free Yoga session with Rec Sports. Learn how to release tension and stress from the body and mind through Yoga for Stress Relief! In this hour-long class, we will explore postures and breathing techniques that promote relaxation and stress reduction, learn about the basic tenets of mindfulness, and examine strategies for cultivating ease, peace, and equanimity (mental calmness and composure) on and off our yoga mats.
