Description
Air pollution management in the U.S. is an environmental success story. Concentrations of air pollutants have declined significantly across the eastern U.S. However, research has revealed health impacts at lower and lower pollutant concentrations, and the government has issued more stringent standards. Some states may struggle to meet them. This seminar will explore the challenges of developing scientifically informed management strategies to support ozone pollution management in Wisconsin.
