Description
The UW Arboretum invites the university community and the public to an open house where it will unveil a series of construction projects to better manage stormwater runoff. Nearly half a billion gallons of urban stormwater gushes into the Arboretum each year, encouraging the growth of invasive plants, causing widespread erosion, and depositing large amounts of sediment in Lake Wingra.
