The central question of the lecture is whether predatory policing continues to be a predominant theoretical concept within the context of Russian police. The talk is based on interviews with Russian police officers conducted by the author during 2010-2015. This lecture will be given by Olga Semukhina, Assistant Professor, Department of Criminology and Law Studies at Marquette University.
