Description
In August the EPA finalized new rules reducing carbon emission from power plants. Are these standards a necessary step in curbing global warming and protecting human health, or are they expensive Federal overreach that will have no significant effects?
We are proud to announce a panel on this issue on Monday, October 12th at noon in room 2260 of the Law School, featuring two special guests: Wisconsin Deputy Attorney General Andrew C. Cook and experienced appellate advocate Sean Donahue.
