qbio2016: Ed Lightfoot Symposium

At the qbio2016 symposium, we will honor the remarkable contributions of Ed Lightfoot and celebrate his 90th birthday while also examining the past and looking to the future of research in quantitative biology (qbio) at UW-Madison.

The symposium will feature plenary talks from key researchers in qbio-related fields and Ed Lightfoot himself, a poster session, a mini-workshop on challenges and opportunities in qbio, and a banquet honoring Professor Lightfoot.
