Description
In this lecture, Dr.Patrick Remington will describe his career from pre-med student at the UW, to a physician, CDC epidemiologist, and public health doctor in Wisconsin. He'll describe the leading public health problems right here in Dane County, and how to use a combined approach of "medicine and public health" to address them. And finally he will describe how volunteering can help you learn more about your community--and yourself--as you consider future careers.
