Description
Paul Robbins is Director of the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies at the UW-Madison and Senior Fellow at the Breakthrough Institute. His work spans the globe, exploring the past and present politics of natural resource management in the Anthropocene. He recently received the Robert McC. Netting Award from the Association of American Geographers for his pathbreaking work in the field of political ecology. He also wrote "Lawn People: How Grasses, Weeds, and Chemicals Make Us Who We Are."
