Presented by Irma Ilsy Vasquez, attorney with the Fray Bartolome de las Casas Human Rights Center (FrayBa) located in Chiapas, Mexico. She will speak on the human rights situation in Chiapas, FrayBa's response, and the role of international solidarity. FrayBa has been widely recognized for accompanying indigenous communities under attack, documenting abuses, and pushing back against paramilitary forces.
