This seminar is a nonprofit event to support the teaching activities of the Fermentation Sciences Program. The seminar will begin with a short history of brewing, followed by a sensory session examining flavors present in Belgian beer, and concluding with a beer tasting led by noted beer writer and Isthmus columnist Robin Shepard.
