Description
Many countries are experiencing a surge of interest in worker cooperatives: business owned and democratically governed by workers according to the principle of one worker, one vote. Although these firms remain rare in the US economy, activists have increasingly looked to worker coop movements in Europe and Latin America as models. In this talk Laura will share key insights from a Pathways to a Cooperative Market Economy Research Workshop she participated in in Argentina.
