Description
Gulnisa Nazarova is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Central Eurasian Studies at Indiana University. She was born in Kyrgyzstan, grew up in Uzbekistan, and received her BA and MA degrees in Russia. In 1992 she defended a doctoral dissertation on Uyghur Lexicology and received a PhD in Uyghur Studies in Almati (Kazakhstan).
