Tearing Hate from The Sky: Bree Newsome

Join the Multicultural Student Center, Chadbourne Residential College, and The Center for Humanities for an evening with Bree Newsome, the community organizer and activist who removed the Confederate flag from the South Carolina State House. The iconic picture of Bree on the pole, flag in hand has become a touchstone of empowerment for disenfranchised people around the world.
