Description
Program Evaluation is the policy toolkit used to benchmark program effectiveness. It's widely used to make government more empirical -- and make large projects (such as research grants!) more efficient.
Prof. Hilary Shager of the La Follette School will lead a skills-based, interactive workshop to teach aspiring scientists the ins and outs of Program Eval.
If you're concerned about use of evidence in government, and the future of science funding, these skills couldn't be more relevant!
