Tech Talk: User Experience Design When Lives Are on the Line

Long gone are the days when computer use was reserved for the experts. People young and old have been exposed to products that have gone through decades of user experience evolution, and they have come to expect a lot from the devices that they use on a day-to-day basis. As designers of these devices, it is no longer sufficient for today's graduates to just create functional, efficient, maintainable, and secure solutions.
