Come join us to meet Steve Holle. After a 20+ year career in commercial real estate investment, Steve retired and opened a new craft brewery, the Kansas City Bier Company, in Fall 2013. Steve applied his love of brewing and German culture to open a brewery that produces authentic examples of German beer styles. He passed a rigorous nine hour written examination to earn his Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling in London. Pizza is served. RSVP to lisa.collins@wisc.edu.
