Highly educated individuals are in high demand to take on leadership roles in every sector, whether it be academic, non-profit, or corporate. This workshop will help graduate students identify themselves as leaders, highlight personal leadership strengths, and prepare individuals to take on leadership roles and create positive change in their field. The UW-Madison Leadership Framework will be referenced and utilized throughout.
