Wednesday Nite @ the Lab

This talk will focus on new developments in Earth observation from space aimed at monitoring crops. Examples will include field-level crop type mapping efforts across the entire globe as part of a 5-year NASA funded project. Other examples will focus on Wisconsin and the Midwest and will address ways to extract more refined agricultural information including crop management practices from satellites.
