Description
Amy JH Kind, MD, PhD is an associate professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Geriatrics at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health and the founding director of the Health Services and Care Research (HSCR) Program. Dr. Kind and her colleague Dr. Bill Buckingham recently published an article in the New England Journal of Medicine describing their work developing an accessible, interactive map of more than 70 million Zip+4 codes linked to a measure of socioeconomic disadvantage.
