Dr. Arnold van Huis of Wageningen University in the Netherlands will be giving a lecture as part of the Swarm-to-Table series. He is the author of more than 70 research publications on edible insects and is founder and editor-in-chief of the Journal of Insects as Feed and Food. Following the talk, there will be a reception with refreshments.
