R programming: Using R in the shell

Congratulations! You’ve made it through the R workshop series. This final capstone session will tie together R, git, and the shell together into a computational workflow. After this session, attendees will be able to run R scripts from the command line, use version control to track changes in these scripts, and automate running R Markdown reports .
