For more than two-decades, Dr. Ilse Köhler-Rollefson has utilized her background in veterinarian medicine and archaeozoology to support socially responsible and ecologically sustainable livestock development. In particular, she has focused much of her work on camels, authoring the book, Camel Karma: twenty years among India's camel nomads and starting the social enterprise, Camel Charisma.
