Evan Morier, Returned Peace Corps Volunteer Madagascar 2011-2013, is a UW candidate for his PhD in Political Science. He will be speaking about his service, and how he went from English Educator in Peace corps to PhD candidate at this Peace Corps Advocates student organization meeting.
