Agile/Scrum Workshop

This workshop provides an introduction to and foundational understanding of Agile with a deeper dive into the Scrum framework, to learn how to deliver fast, deliver often, and manage risks through frequent feedback, prioritization, and iteration. Learn about Scrum team roles, artifacts, techniques, and ceremonies, and see examples of how Scrum is being implemented in a variety of technical and business environments across the UW. Includes collaborative, engaging exercises and Scrum simulation.
