Zine Making Workshop: Design Your Own Future!

Come make some radical zines that tell your story and imagine new futures. Using historic images of the Black student experience at UW and drawing inspiration from Afrofuturism art work, create a mini-magazine that represents the past, present, or future that you create. Workshop will be led by First Wave student artist facilitator. No experience necessary, and all materials provided. Participants will have the option to donate a copy of their zine to UW Archives and the Kohler Art Library.
