Material Transfer Agreements

Presenter Stephen Harsy discusses issues relating to receipt of materials for research purposes. Often these materials are necessary components of research projects and are available only from a single source, frequently a company. Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) terms often must be negotiated to accommodate the needs of both parties.
