The conference is a symbol of the proud tradition at UW Law School of teaching law that affects indigenous American people and communities in the United States. This year ILSA is proud to host panels on Inter-Tribal Jurisdictional Disputes, Tribal Citizenship, Expert Witness, Women in Government, The Economic Crisis in Indian Country, and a CLE on Tribal Probate, featuring expected attorneys, judges and tribal leaders from all over Wisconsin and the United States.
