Description
This FREE in person event is hosted by the Delafield Library. Learn about the wonderful universe of Danish writer of tales, Hans Christian Andersen. His life, his time, his stories, and his thoughts. He lived in Denmark from 1805-75, he is one of the best-known writers in the world, and his tales have been translated into numerous languages. His writings span many genres and include much more than the "fairy" tales that made him famous, so he was not "merely" a writer of tales for children.
