The Center for East Asian Studies will kick off the spring semester with our regular "WAYWO" (What Are You Working On) showcase of research happening on our own campus.
Learn about anthropology PhD Mollie Gossage and her work on tourism in Tibetan regions of China (which landed her in the midst of pandemic lockdowns), and geography PhD Steffenie Amber Widows's research on crane populations, which required time in the buffer to the DMZ (demilitarized zone) between the two Koreas.
