DFMCH Forum: Clinician and Patients' Experiences with Long COVID: Insights and implications for Primary Care

As a result of this educational session, participants will be able to: 

• Attendees will be briefly oriented to the current state of "long COVID" in Wisconsin and the USA
• Attendees will learn about the diverse physical, emotional, and health system navigation experiences patients are having with long COVID
• Attendees will gain exposure to actionable data from interviews with long COVID patients, focused on ideas for how care and care relationships can be improved
• Attendees will learn about the latest theories, diagnoses, and management of Long Covid.
