The Person-Centered Primary Care Measure: story, testing, and use

As a result of this educational session, participants will be able to: 

• Attendees will learn to describe the basic steps of creating a patient reported outcome measure (PROM) - the Person-Centered Primary Care Measure (PCPCM)
• Attendees will learn to examine the process of testing a new PROM

Attendees will understand early use and implementation of the PCPCM
