Professional Development Event for Language-Related PhD Programs

Four of the SLA program's amazing current dissertators--Eric Ho, José Luis Garrido Rivera, Scott Stillar, and Marina Tsylina--will be describing their dissertation journeys, covering topics including classes that inspired them, strategies for investigating different interests, descriptions of collaborating effectively with advisors/committee members, approaches to the prelim/proposal, and how they ended up at their current, narrowed dissertation topics/methodologies.
