Description
An artist of “strikingly original ideas” ( The Washington Post ) and a tireless advocate for classical music, pianist Simone Dinnerstein gives exciting interpretations of beloved masterpieces and unique pairings on recital programs. Drawing from her 2022 album  Undersong , her recital explores the idea of musical refrains and repetitions juxtaposing the diverse approaches of Couperin, Schumann, Satie, and Glass to this timeless musical convention. In Dinnerstein’s hands one thing is certain: Each repetition will be wholly unique. The Program: This event is part of the annual Classical Series .
