"The Good Microbes, The Bad Microbes & the Ugly Microbes" In-Person Badger Talk from Lake Geneva, WI

This free, in-person event is a part of the Geneva Lakes Libraries Talk Series, hosted as a collaboration between the Lake Geneva Public Library, the Fontana Public Library, and Barrett Memorial Library. No registration is necessary for this event.

This talk will focus on food borne microorganisms and how they impact food production and consumer health. We will discuss beneficial microbes, spoilage microbes and pathogens as well as ways to prevent food borne illness.
