Description
A free, public event commemorating the 400th anniversary of Galileo’s telescope and the International Year of Astronomy. Join us for an illuminating performance program, followed by guided observation of the night skies. One night only. Program: “A Starry Messenger,” a play by Rick Foster; “Galileo, Mover and Shaker,” a talk with Professor Michael Shank; Early Music Concert, music from the Age of Galileo; Star Party, observe the night skies with faculty and friends.
