Description
Research Cyberinfrastructure is delighted to host the first-ever Posit Day. This online event will take place on January 17, from 9am to 5pm. And, although it's free, you will need to register in order to attend. Several speakers will cover topics such as:
- why open-source software is so important and should be supported
- a walk-through of Workbench and Connect services
- Python, and how Posit supports it
- an intro to Vetiver, a framework for MLOps
- a talk from UW–Madison's Sri Aravamuthan on his work with the Dermatology Department
