Description
T'ai chi ch'uan is an ancient form of Chinese exercise. Quiet, supple movements are performed in a calm and peaceful manner that cultivates the spirit and body. In this introductory class, learn the principles of t'ai chi movement and form and exercises that apply the discipline. The class features work on the 24-forms t'ai chi sequence. Wednesdays, Sept. 16-Dec. 16.
