Verification and Validation activities for the BISON Metallic Fuel Models - Yinbin Miao, Argonne National Lab

To support the development, qualification, and licensing of sodium-cooled fast reactors using metallic fuel, it is crucial to predict the fuel’s performance with high fidelity using advanced fuel performance codes like BISON. This talk will introduce the V&V activities for the BISON metallic fuel models, enabled by integration with legacy databases.
