Learn more about the Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad (DDRA) award. The Fulbright-Hays DDRA is administered by the U.S. Department of Education, funding doctoral candidates (US citizens, nationals, or permanent residents) to conduct research in other countries in modern foreign languages & area studies for periods of 6 to 12 months.
