Presenter Theresa Kim will talk on how Mindfulness is a proven strategy for creating more calm and reducing stress. Doodling used as a mindfulness tool doesn’t take itself too seriously, and exactly because of that can be hugely beneficial. Several doodling varieties will be demonstrated.
