Description
Join artist and MFA student Lars Shimabukuro for an introduction to tapestry weaving using pocket-sized Hello Looms. Participants will learn how to warp a tapestry loom, beginning tapestry techniques, working with multiple colors, and how to make simple looms from everyday materials. The looms used by participants during the workshop will be theirs to keep, so the time allotted can be devoted to experimentation and play.
