Canvas - New Quizzes

Canvas has developed its next generation quizzing tool, called "New Quizzes". UW-Madison is enabling this feature in Fall 2025. (At present, it is entirely optional whether you wish to employ New Quizzes.)

This 30-minute session provides an overview of the feature and recommendations to ensure a smooth transition. New Quizzes presents a very different interface, several new question types, and a couple redesigns of current functionality that will require some getting used to. Join us as we take a look.

This session is entirely remote and will be held in a Zoom room. The link to the Zoom room is provided nearby.
