Dr. Irizarry-Ramos will share findings from a mixed-methods study examining how Massachusetts supports sustainable, high-quality dual language bilingual education through data-informed policy and technical assistance. Integrating quantitative and qualitative data, her research examines program characteristics, implementation barriers, and policy needs—insights that have directly informed new state guidance for fostering equitable DLBE programs.
