Description
Who deserves access to the power system, who deserves to be in control of the power system, and what occurs when the system which causes climate change is brought down by the changing climate, itself? Using field recordings from the Houston Ship Channel, the exhibition represents the events of the 2021 Texas Storm Uri and consequent blackout in distorted time, examining the detrimental effects of the hyper-individualization of the ERCOT grid. Huge thanks to the Kohler Foundation.
