Doreen Anande, AOS graduate student, will defend her MS thesis and introduce the Hydroclimatic Rapid Change Assessment Framework, a standardized methodology for identifying and analyzing the full spectrum of Rapid Change Events, which are abrupt transitions in hydrological conditions over several weeks.
