Behind the Bench
A Conversation with Susan Crawford
Event Details
Join the Society & Politics Committee of the Wisconsin Union Directorate for an evening of insight and dialogue with Justice Susan Crawford.
In this engaging conversation moderated by Professor and founding director of the Voting Institute Barry Burden, Justice Crawford will share her experiences from the courtroom, discuss the principles that guide her judicial work, and reflect on the broader role of the judiciary in shaping justice and democracy.
This event offers a unique opportunity to go “behind the bench” and gain a deeper understanding of the judicial process, followed by an audience Q&A. Open to all students, faculty, and community members—come ready to listen, learn, and ask questions!
