Description
This tour is offered as an Indigenous Education Strategic Learning Opportunity for the students, faculty, and staff of the UW-Madison School of Education as part of the Advancing Indigenous Education Series. Visit UW-Madison campus buildings, historical markers, and archaeological sites to discuss historic — and contemporary — relationships with First Nations and the area known as Teejop (Four Lakes) and Madison. Weather-dependent, may be modified. Dress for weather. Wear comfortable shoes.
