All university IT professionals are invited to this interactive workshop dedicated to your aspirations, your skills, and how they fit into your career journey.
This workshop will help you:
- Audit your journey. Trace your leadership path to identify the pivotal moments that shaped your current style.
- Uncover hidden assets. Recognize the core skills and quiet practices that have driven your greatest successes.
- Cut the noise. Identify which habits are serving you and which are holding you back.
