Katie Wilson, AOS graduate student, will defend her MS thesis and discuss the April 27, 2011 super outbreak using the Weather Research and Forecasting Model (WRF) with chemistry to examine the impact that biomass burning aerosols from wildfires in Mexico had on the event.
