The SL CoP welcomes and nurtures those who would lead by encouraging their colleagues to be their most creative and compassionate selves and do their best work.
Servant-leader is not a paradox but an alternative way to lead. In this model, leaders do not command but focus on the growth and well-being of those around them and their communities.
